What a complete enquiry contains
- Product and alloy — for example 5052 sheet, 1350 transformer strip, 8011 foil stock; the grade pages list what is documented for each.
- Temper — O, the H temper, or the T temper your process needs (see the temper guide if the choice is open).
- Dimensions — thickness × width × length for sheet and plate, or thickness × width and coil ID/weight for coil and strip.
- Quantity — against the product's published minimum where one exists (for example 5 tons per size on the 1050, 1060, 1100 and 3003 grade coil listings, 2 tons on the 1350 listing, 300 m² on the powder coated sheet listing).
- Destination and terms — port and incoterm; the published terms are FOB, CFR and CIF via Qingdao, payment L/C or T/T.

Documents and inspection: the grade listings publish mill test certificates with the products, and Form E / Form A / CO availability; if your order needs specific documentation or a third-party inspection arrangement, name it in the enquiry so it is priced and scheduled with the goods rather than arranged after production. Samples: where a finish or a clad construction has to be qualified — mirror and anodised finishes, brazing material — say so in the first message; sample quantities are agreed at quotation stage.
